Secrets


The secrets to  making brown rice:
1) use the stove top & clay pot with a lid (or regular pot)
2) rice/water ratio = 1c rice / 1.75c water
3) bring water to a boil first, turn off stove, put washed rice in & close lid for 3min
4) turn stove back on at med-low heat and cook for 30min or until all water is gone
